Membership Term
Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of acceptance.
Renewal requires a new application and full payment before expiry.

Membership Fees
Fees are payable upfront and are non-refundable.
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

Conduct & Responsibilities
Members must respect Nutro Chefs’ community standards, social media policy, and event rules.
Harassment, discrimination, defamation, or hate speech is strictly prohibited.
Misrepresentation of affiliation with Nutro Chefs, or misuse of its name, logo, or branding, is not allowed.

Confidentiality
Do not share private details of other members, suppliers, or event participants.
Webinars and event recordings are Nutro Chefs’ property and may not be redistributed without permission.

Use of Content
All materials (training resources, recipes, webinars, logos) are the intellectual property of Nutro Chefs.
Members may not copy, resell, or distribute this content without written approval.

Termination of Membership
Nutro Chefs reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership without refund if:

A member breaches these T&Cs.
A member’s conduct harms the reputation of Nutro Chefs.
A member engages in unlawful or unethical activity.
